City of San Deigo, CA, SPS 1 Bridging Document, San Diego, CA – Quality Control Manager. * PS 1 is one of the largest sewer PS in San Diego with 3,600 HP of installed power and 100 (mgd) capacity
EMWD/Rancho California Water District (RCWD), Nicolas Road Waterline Relocations, Temecula, CA – Project Manager.* Momo provided engineering and design services and construction engineering support services in the Nicholas Road and Calle Girasol intersection street improvements in Temecula, CA.

City of Rialto Concession Agreement, Program Management, WWTP construction Management, city of Rialto CA – Program Manager. City of Rialto Concession agreement completion, Master Plan Management, and Capital Improvement Plan compilation; Wastewater, Water, and recycled water comprehensive plan completion. Mr. Savovic coordinated the preparation of the capital improvement program elements of water, sewer and recycled water master plan which included a performance assessment of entire infrastructure network system serving 100,000 people including 260 miles of sewer pipes, six raw sewage pump stations, 187 miles of water main, eleven booster pump stations, fourteen wells and five prestressed concrete 5 to 6 mg storage reservoirs.

EVMWD, Summerly Recycled Water Pipeline System (Segment II), Lake Elsinore, CA – Project Manager. * Momo provided design and construction management support services during the construction of new recycled water infrastructure projects, including 5,600 lf of 30" DIP.
WMWD, 2022-23 Design of Pipeline Sections, Riverside County, CA – Project Manager. * Momo led the team that completed the detailed design of nine pipeline sections for WMWD in 2022 and 2023. The effort continued into 2023 and covered additional pipeline sections as separate task orders.
Valley Center Municipal Water District (VCMWD), Valley Center Pipeline Replacement, Valley Center, CA – Project Engineer.* Momo provided design and construction management support services during the reconstruction of the potable water infrastructure project on Valley Center Road, including 10,600 lf of 8", 12", 16", and 24" DIP 25 service connections and two significant road intersection crossings.

VCMWD, Cole Grade Road and Valley Center Road Intersection Pipeline, Valley Center, CA – Project Engineer. * Momo provided design and construction management support during the reconstruction of the potable water infrastructure at the Cole Grade Road/Valley Center Road intersection, including the 8", 12", 16", and 24" DIP service connections.
Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District, Potable Water Main Replacements, Beaumont, CA – Project Manager.* This project consisted of water main replacements and reconnection of water service lines in three separate replacement areas that included the replacement of 750 lf in Egan Alley of aged 2” and 4” waterlines with 8” restrained DIP in a crowded commercial alley; 2,500 linear feet of old and undersized water lines with 8” restrained DIP in a narrow residential area, primarily in the private drive Apple Tree Lane; and 2,200 linear feet of 8” DIP and 200 linear feet of 4” DIP in a narrow residential area and a large section in a private property.
